Guarantee

30-day guarantee: if a file doesn't open, if the content isn't what the product page describes, if you were charged twice or the email never arrived, write to us and we'll refund you in full. Ask for the refund within 30 days of purchase, writing to hello@pictostudy.com with the email you used to buy. The guarantee is in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights.

How refunds are made

Refunds are approved by the store and made to the payment method used for the purchase, through the payment provider. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or card.
